Responsibilities: • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually Qualifications: • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • At least 2 years of Sales Experience • Must live in the Bay Area • Must be able to work independently Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
