    AUTOMOTIVE BDC MANAGER

    $50K+ OPPORTUNITY + EXCELLENT BENEFITS! PERFORMANCE-BASED BONUSES!

    BDC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

    TERRYVILLE CHEVROLET IS REACHING OUT TO EXISTING BDC CONSULTANTS LOOKING TO TAKE THE LEAD AND BUILD A SMALL DEALERSHIP BDC AS THE BDC MANAGER/LEAD SUPERVISOR. You will work with the Sales Managers, Product Specialists and all employees with Consumer contact in developing and maintaining the BD Culture. THE FOLLOWING BENCHMARKS WILL BE THE PRIORITY:

    • 1 APPOINTMENT PER DAY PER PRODUCT SPECIALIST ON DUTY
    • 50% SHOW RATE PER APPOINTMENT SET
    • 50% SALE RATE PER APPOINTMENT SHOWN

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Ensure all dealership communication with the public is handled quickly and professionally to ensure an excellent customer experience. This is to include but not limited to:

    • Website sales and service inquiries via forms, 3rd party tools and prospecting manifest lists
    • Any and all leads channeled through the CRM (FOCUS)
    • All phone inquiries answered professionally and directed to the most appropriate person in a timely fashion
    • All walk-in traffic logged into the CRM and sourced accurately
    • Showroom appointment and manager confirmation
    • Visits closed in real time to ensure immediate relevant follow up
    • CRM to DMS matching daily to maintain clean inventory of active leads with appropriate follow up.

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    • BDC SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • Goal driven and motivated to succeed
    • Managerial and leadership experience
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Team player
    • Prompt and courteous
    • Enthusiastic personality
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • RESUME MUST BE UPLOADED, AND ONLINE ASSESSMENT COMPLETED FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION.
    • MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S. WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP AND BE A CURRENT RESIDENT.
    • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
