Job Summary:
- Provide technical support for the Test operations group, ensuring alignment with customer and company requirements.
- Focus on Continual Improvement Activities, Quality Assembly Practices, and On-Time Delivery to enhance overall performance.
- Troubleshoot and interpret electronic circuits down to the component level using schematics, diagrams, and drawings.
- Test and troubleshoot PCB assemblies and respective test stations based on customer-supplied data.
- Use electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, and multimeters with proficiency.
- Set up and prepare test stations for use, following detailed test documentation to ensure accurate results.
- Train operators in proper test procedures and methods, enhancing team skills and efficiency.
- Assist in meeting or exceeding customer ship dates by supporting testing operations.
- Improve test times and process efficiency, contributing to continuous operational improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized test area while providing technical assistance to all operations and controlling test equipment.
Education: Associate degree in electronics or equivalent (e.g., Associate degree in Electrical Engineering).
Experience: 2-4 years minimum experience necessary.
