Job Overview: The Job Location: 100 N. 15th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85007 The Arizona Department of Education’s Information Technology Division is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to perform functional, regression, and integration testing on web applications. The role involves developing and executing test plans, reporting defects, and collaborating in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts

· Conduct functional, UI, black-box, integration, regression, and performance testing

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Ops, Management)

· Isolate, replicate, and report bugs; verify defect fixes

· Work with tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, Selenium, ReadyAPI, and JMeter

· Use SQL (TSQL) to query and validate data

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 5+ years in software QA, including test design and execution

· Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, Microsoft Test Manager

· Strong SQL skills for data validation

· Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

· Test automation experience (Selenium, ReadyAPI, JMeter)

· Familiarity with healthcare/medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, or Workers' Compensation laws is a plus

· Must meet local work location and on-site availability requirements
