    Position: LVN (Full-Time)
    Mckinney, Texas

    What We're Looking For:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clinical Excellence: Proficient in taking vital signs for infants, children, teens, and adults. Expertise in administering subcutaneous and intramuscular injections for all ages (experience with IV in children/adults is a bonus).

    • Allergy Care Expertise: Perform allergy skin testing, spirometry, food challenges, and administer allergy shots with precision and care.

    • Patient-Centered Approach: Deliver exceptional customer service from the first phone call to each visit, ensuring families feel supported and cared for throughout their allergy journey.

    • Emergency Preparedness: Quickly recognize signs of allergic reactions or anaphylaxis, initiate protocols, and alert the physician as needed.

    Requirements:

    • LVN/RN Certification
    • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in pediatrics, allergy, or family medicine)
    • CPR Certification
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Experience in allergy care is a strong plus
