    Join Our Growing Allergy Practice: Seeking a Detail-Oriented Compounding Pharmacy Technician.

    Are you an organized, detail-oriented healthcare professional looking to make a meaningful impact in allergy care?

    Our thriving allergy practice is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician, or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serum Vial Preparation: Mix serum vials according to protocols.
    • Strong knowledge of standards and all relevant USP compounding guidelines is a plus
    • Use our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to track prescriptions and update/maintain patient account information
    • Inventory Support : Order, organize and keep track of inventory
    • Ensure a safe and clean environment by setting up and sanitizing your workstation
    • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines for preparation of compound
    • Monitor and maintain compounding equipment
    • Ship out medication accordingly

    What We're Looking For:

    • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow clinical protocols and safety standards.

      • detailed oriented individual with a positive attitude who enjoys a challenging environment

      • Strong knowledge of standards and all relevant USP compounding guidelines is a plus
      • Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Prescription Management software systems and standard office equipment.
    • Experience: Previous experience in allergy care, mixing serum vials, or administering allergy shots is a plus but not required—we will provide training!

    • Compassionate Care: Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

    • Hours: Part-time

    Qualifications:

    • Current certification or licensure as a Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, or LVN.
    • Experience in a clinical or laboratory setting is preferred.
    • Familiarity with AAAAI protocols is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • CPR certification is required; additional emergency response training is a plus.

    **Requirements:
    **

    • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPht) or Texas State (RPhT) is required
    • High School diploma or GED is required
