    We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. As a Bird Feeder, Backyard, and Garden Sales Manager, you lead and drive sales efforts related to bird feeders, backyard, and gardening products. You’ll develop sales strategies and expand our market presence.

    • Sales Leadership: * Develop and execute sales plans for bird feeders and related products to achieve revenue targets. * Foster strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
    • Market Expansion: * Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets for bird feeders, Backyard and Garden * Establish and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers. * Explore partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach.
    • Product Knowledge: * Stay informed about bird feeder trends, Backyard and Garden features, and innovations. * Train the sales team on product specifications, benefits, and selling points. * Marketing and Promotions: * Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. * Budget Management:

    Develop and manage the sales budget

    Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
    • Prospect and contact potential customers
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
