CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

The Agency, Inc., a 38-year full-service staffing company, is seeking an ENERGETIC and MOTIVATED full-time employee for our Customer Service Specialist position in our Greensboro location. HOURS 8 AM-2:30 PM MON-THURSDAY FRIDAY OFF WITH PAY.

The primary responsibility is to maintain and grow the business by establishing a strong rapport with clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The primary point of contact with our customers.
• Managing customer orders from initial contact to completion of a job request.
• Developing and maintaining daily communication with clients to assure needs are being met and address

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR 2. ASSOCIATES OR 3. EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED FIELD.

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Strong computer background.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment.
