The Alan Christian Mortgage Team, located in Alpharetta, GA, but doing business throughout the Southeast, has an immediate opening in our office for a sharp, hourly-based, multi-talented marketing and social media person. The right candidate for this position will enjoy talking on the phone, using their creative skills designing marketing mailers/emails to promote our growing business, have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, assist with video production, event planning, social media marketing, website building and maintaining, and business-to-business relationship building? If so, then this may be the perfect job for you. A busy, fun-oriented mortgage office is looking to add the right person to develop and implement their various marketing campaigns. A great attitude, hard work ethic, self-managed, and creative mind are required. Do not be concerned about your knowledge level of the mortgage industry – we will train you. Most important is the overall approach to taking the bull by the horns and supercharging the marketing for our growing office. Three traits we are looking for: Humble, Hungry, and Smart. Responsibilities: A typical day looks like this: • Lead management • Monitoring and managing our social media sites. • Database management in Salesforce • Manage emails and calendars • Inside phone or video calls to schedule appointments, update clients, call clients, and referral partners for friendly follow-up • Marketing to a database via handwritten cards, gifts, social media, calls, etc • Loving on our clients and making them know they are special to us. • Work on our website, outbound publications, event management • Develop, create, and carry through marketing materials to clients • Assist Loan Officer and team with various clerical functions as needed • Update and manage marketing databases • Any other miscellaneous requirements to help support the team Qualifications: • If you are Humble, Hungry, and Smart, a go-getter that likes working in a professional but fun atmosphere, then please apply.Qualifications and Experience This position requires a well-rounded individual who is creative, highly organized, takes charge of day-to-day tasks, and has no problem speaking on the phone for up to two hours a day. You must truly have a heart for loving and making people feel special. • On-Line Marketing • Social Media Marketing Experience • Direct Mail and E-mail experience • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and YouTube, and other social media sites. • Proficient with Office365 • Knowledge of Canva and other social media tools is a plus • Bonus - Photo and video editing experience A DISC Profile is required to be considered for this position.
