About the Company:

A leading Building Maintenance Supply Company located in the heart of Bronx, NY. With a specialization in plumbing, janitorial, electric, and more, they strive to provide top-notch solutions to our customers.

• Position: Outside Sales Representative
• Territory: NYC, Bronx, NJ
• Competitive Compensation: Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
• Lucrative Commissions

Requirements:

• Experience in plumbing sales
• Proven ability in cold calling and prospecting
• Quoting prospects for effective communication
• Inventory management skills and a strong understanding of our products
• Familiarity with delivery processes
• Efficient in ordering materials
• Must have contacts in residential property management
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand relationships with residential property management contacts within the designated territory.
• Conduct cold calls, prospecting, and quoting to generate and close sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our plumbing, janitorial, and electric products to effectively assist clients.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless product availability.
• Facilitate the ordering process and coordinate timely deliveries of materials.
