    Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney (Part-time) Location: The Bianchi Law Group, LLC 8 Campus Dr., Suite 105, Parsippany, New Jersey Position Overview: We are expanding our services to include a Wills, Trusts, and Estates Planning department and are seeking a knowledgeable Attorney for a part-time counsel position. This role offers the flexibility to provide expert legal counsel while being part of our esteemed team. As we grow this department, there will be expanded scope and role opportunities, making this a unique opportunity to start and shape a new department within our firm in a part-time capacity. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury cases from initial consultation through resolution, including trial if necessary. • Conduct thorough legal research and case investigations. • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. • Represent clients in court hearings and trials. • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. • Provide clients with compassionate and clear communication throughout the legal process. • Collaborate with experts in relevant fields to build strong cases. • Report to the huddle and the team of former prosecutors regularly for strategic collaboration. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a prosecutor or in insurance defense/plaintiff personal injury litigation. • Proven track record of handling personal injury cases from inception to completion. • Strong courtroom and trial experience. • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities. • High ethical standards and professional integrity. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage a caseload. Compensation: $50 - $125 hourly
