    We are expanding our services to include Wills, Trusts, and Estates Planning and are seeking a knowledgeable attorney for a part-time, counsel position. The ideal candidate will have experience with WealthCounsel and DecisionVault, and an LLM is preferred. This role offers the flexibility to provide expert legal counsel while being part of our esteemed team. As we grow this department, there will be expanded scope and role opportunities, making this a unique opportunity to start and shape a new department within our firm in a part-time capacity. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive legal advice on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and asset protection. • Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents. • Advise clients on wealth management strategies and estate tax planning. • Conduct thorough legal research and case investigations. • Utilize Wealth Counsel and/or Decision Vault to plan and manage client estates. • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop customized estate plans. • Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations. • Provide clients with compassionate and clear communication throughout the legal process. • Collaborate with other attorneys and experts within the firm. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar. • Minimum of [X] years of experience in estate planning, wills, and trusts. • Knowledge and experience with Wealth Counsel and Decision Vault. • Preferred: LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning. • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities. • High ethical standards and professional integrity. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage a caseload. Compensation: $50 - $125 hourly
