The CSI Companies is actively seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST to join the expanding team of an exclusive client located in JACKSONVILLE, FL. STARTING PAY: $16-18 (Depending on experience) SHIFT[MC1] : WE WANT YOU IF YOU HAVE 1 – 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• Responding to customer questions and concerns via email and phone, maintaining professionalism at all times
• Performing account services such as processing payments, updating information, and educating customers on products and/or services
• Accurately and appropriately documenting customer interactions, following up as needed
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Performing additional office duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be a go-getter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and shows initiative
