    Job Description

    The Chicago Faucet Shoppe is currently hiring Full Time experienced Customer Service representatives to work in our call center. We are a family-owned and operated e-commerce webstore selling plumbing supplies for over 17+ years. (chicagofaucetshoppe.com) We are looking for people who are ready to join a GREAT team, must be internet savvy, and can work in a fast-paced environment. No prior plumbing experience is needed. We will train!

    JOB REQUIREMENTS: Previous Customer Service experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and maintain an inbox Be comfortable on phones Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Positive attitude and quick learner

    JOB DESCRIPTION: Work with clients to assist with their ordering needs. Following up with customer orders to ensure order accuracy or make changes. Answer customer inquiries via email and in a timely manner. Handle customer service calls/emails & resolving issues General office work

    BENEFITS: This is a full-time position from 8:30-5pm. Insurance benefits paid holidays, and paid time off are provided. We are located in Chicago by Irving Park and Elston.
