Real Estate Marketing & Event Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our real estate team as a Marketing and Events Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, administrative duties, and marketing initiatives for our real estate business. Overview of Responsibilities: • Plan and organize various events such as open houses, client appreciation events, and other marketing initiatives. • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure seamless event execution. • Manage inventory for all marketing materials. • Manage, update, and keep current all marketing templates for all Collective packages. • Act as a direct contact for 3rd party marketing team; supplying them with what they need to execute current systems. • Review, master, and help manage the marketing budget. • Website management including but not limited to The Collective website and any 3rd party websites or website features such as SEO, google ad words, Zillow, and Realtor.com. • Social media platform management including but not limited to content creation, scheduling posts, and comment review/engagement. • Help create and execute an annual calendar of events from community engagement events to speaking and seminar opportunities. • Coordinate and manage all community events from start to finish including making invites, booking of vendors, sponsors, and communications regarding the event to invitees. • Respond to inquiries from clients, providing excellent customer service and follow-up. • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of marketing strategies and initiatives. Qualifications: PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, preferably in the real estate industry. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. • This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.
