The Daily - Catering Sales Associate
Full-Time
Hybrid - Flexible Hours Required (early mornings)
Reports to: Managing Partners
The Daily Cafe is growing our team to include a Catering Sales Associate. We seek an outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivated individual ready to jump in and grow our catering footprint in the Atlanta Metro Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Regularly attend local networking events to build relationships and generate new business.
- Manage catering sales initiatives.
- Leverage TripleSeat, HubSpot and other tools to manage and track sales funnel.
- Assist in packing and delivering catering orders.
- Weekly check-ins with Managing Partner and/or Director of Events
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales metrics, strategies, and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably catering sales (1-5 years).
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, and eagerness to learn and grow with The Daily team.
- Comfortable speaking with decision makers.
- Determination and capacity to reset and become stronger despite possible setbacks.
- Familiarity with CRM and Event Planning tools such as HubSpot and TripleSeat
- Ability to optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation
- Base salary plus commission on every sale you close and bonus opportunities for hitting defined targets. No cap on commission.
