What We Are Looking For:
We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Google Cloud Architect to join our team. As a Google Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and managing a range of cloud solutions for our customers. You will need extensive experience in Google Cloud technologies.
What You'll Do:
- Work with our customers to define and design the cloud architecture for their specific needs
- Design and implement architectures that leverage Google Cloud services such as BigQuery
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for building and deploying cloud-based applications
- Monitor cloud performance and recommend improvements to ensure maximum uptime and cost-effectiveness
- Troubleshoot any issues with cloud services and provide timely resolution
- Develop technical documentation for cloud architectures
- Ensure compliance with security standards
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Stay up to date on the latest developments in the cloud technology space
What You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, including experience with Google Cloud technologies such as BigQuery
- Knowledge of distributed systems, databases, analytics, AI/ML, and other related technologies
- Experience developing and deploying applications in the public cloud environment
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with industry best practices for security and compliance in the cloud environment
- Experience with on-prem Big Data migrations to Google multi-cloud environments
- Experience with media streaming and/or AdTech companies is preferred
- Google Cloud Certification is preferred
