What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking dedicated, motivated, and self-driven QA Engineer/Tester individuals to represent our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving and collaborating on software development projects. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and provide technical support on new and existing issues.
- Be a subject matter expert on all ad server implementations and integrations.
- Be a QA resource for updates and new releases. Work with technical teams to enable improvements in existing technical solutions.
- Act as liaison between internal teams for digital advertising issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a technical role testing digital advertising and streaming
- Experience with ad servers, video streaming, and mobile technology
- Experience working with Programmatic ad stack technologies(Prebid, Open RTB etc.)
- Experience working with development teams with the testing and implementations within new products
- Experience with FreeWheel preferred.
- Experience with Web, Mobile, and Video platforms (CMSs and CDNs).
- Experience with defect/project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with testing tools like CharlesProxy and Wireshark.
- Experience with cable/satellite video headend environments a plus
- Experience with SCTE-104/ SCTE-35 content streams a plus
- Experience with dynamic ad insertion on VOD and live services a plus.
- Experience with harmonic video encoding products / yospace products a plus
