Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing expert guidance and advice. • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis. • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes from start to finish. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and community developments. Qualifications: • Ambitious, motivated, tireless, and solution-based individual committed to building a career in real estate. • Valid Pennsylvania real estate license or currently enrolled in classes. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
