    The Faust Hotel and Brewing Co. is hiring! We are looking for fun and friendly people to join our bartending team. We are a privately owned, historic hotel located in the heart of downtown New Braunfels, with an on-site restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a restaurant/bar environment, have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities: Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. They also handle food orders directly from customers or the wait staff and inform customers of any specials. They ensure food and beverage compliance, restock bar inventory, and manage the overall bar operations. Qualifications: • Experience working in a restaurant or bar (preferred but not required) • Hands-on experience in cashier duties • Attention to cleanliness and safety • Patience and customer-oriented approach • Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude • Responsible and trustworthy • TABC and Food Handler Certified Compensation: $20 hourly
