My name is Alex and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a DATA ENTRY CLERK position for a prominent client of ours. This role is REMOTE

PLEASE NOTE:

1.       Covid-19 vaccination required for this role (this is temp to perm and it is a requirement for all of their full-time employees)

Temp to Perm:

PAY RATE: $18.00-20.00 PER HOUR W2

M-F, 40 hours per week

*In depth Training will be provided for this role. The manager is looking for people who can handle multiple tasks, ability to work from home and in front of computer for entire day, and are open-minded to change. This is not a customer service focused role. It is dealing more with data entry and document work on the computer.

DUTIES INCLUDE

o   Learning the full line of company products; managing requests

o   Acquiring and designing new forms for company tax software

o   Identifying and implementing changes to existing forms

o   Updating database information based on those changes

o   Researching state specifications

o   Attaching files to the appropriate location in the Forms Database

o   Serving as a liaison between developers and regulatory agencies Providing quality assurance; and securing approval for forms from federal and state agencies  

QUALIFICATIONS/PREFERRED SKILLS:

o   1-2 years of Data Entry, Order Entry, non-customer focused work ideal

o   High School Diploma required

o   MS Office skills

o   Minimum 35 WPM
