My name is Casey Ashley, and I am a Recruiter with THE FOUNTAIN GROUP.  We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­     CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE                    for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in  MORRISTOWN, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Works independently within established procedures to answer non-routine questions and concerns regarding company products and services.
• This role handles more complex products and services than lower levels.
• Answers customer calls and answers non-routine questions Investigates complex customer issues.
• Determines appropriate solutions and responses.
• Documents customer concerns and escalates concerns to appropriate channels in a timely manner.
• Reviews customer requests.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills
• Candidates required onsite part-time.* This is FT work M-F 9-5
