We are hiring for the role of a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our team at Thorn Flats in Newark, DE. The successful candidate should be organized and have strong maintenance background. Prior experience is preferred however, we encourage entry level applicants with formal education in the trades to apply. This opportunity provides long-term stability for the perfect candidate to professionally grow with the company.

Managing the property with care is your utmost responsibly in performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs as needed, make-readys, and the upkeep of all common areas and units. We seek for high levels of professionalism and respectful mannered employees to be a part of our team. A qualified candidate must either possess an education correlated to work experience, be a High School graduate, possess a GED, receive equivalent work experience, be a vocational and technical school graduate, or currently enrolled in a diploma program.
