Goddard School Teachers write and implement lesson plans and will be working with a NEW Proprietary Goddard School Curriculum second to none. Everyone must be able to communicate with their peers and parents, ensuring that the classroom experience is top notch.

Goddard School Teachers should be fun, creative, energetic, and able to encourage self-expression. Goddard School Teachers have a thorough understanding of the contextual factors that shape early childhood development.

Teacher Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering lessons designed to facilitate students' social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Encouraging self-expression through Inquiry Based Learning, understanding, flexibility, and behavioral reinforcement.

Tending to students' needs.

Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to always learning.

Teacher Requirements:

Minimum 1-year Experience working in an Early Childhood setting.

45/90-hour certification Required for infant/toddler

Associate degree-Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. (Pre School/Pre-K positions)-PreK teachers Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Goddard School Lead Classroom Teachers should have: Prior experience working with young children. Warm, approachable disposition. Excellent problem-solving skills. A passion for early childhood development.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
