The Diversity and Inclusion Internship Program at The Henry Ford is a cohort-based program that offers professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities. We invite diverse candidates* who are curious about careers in the museum world to become a part of our legacy and take it forward. **For Summer 2024, internships will last 10 weeks, projected to begin on June 3rd and conclude on August 9 th. **

How will we work together?
The inHub Marketing Intern can expect to work on a hybrid basis with team members who are based at The Henry Ford and remote-based team members. Based on specific project needs, there are times when you and the team will work on-site at The Henry Ford's campus in Dearborn, MI.
This internship opportunity will be led by the inHub Marketing Manager at The Henry Ford and supported by our inHub Marketing Team as well as the Invention Convention Worldwide team.
As our inHub Marketing Intern, you will work with the marketing team to create stories and develop marketing materials and campaigns that show the impact of The Henry Ford's portfolio of products and services for educators, focusing (but not exclusively) on our Invention Convention Worldwide program. We are looking for an intern who can help us catalog, categorize, and review existing content (video content, blog and other written content, web content, and more) to help us use this content to tell compelling stories about the impact of our programs on young learners and help us grow our program.

What should you have?
To be successful, the inHub Marketing Intern should have an interest in marketing and communications as well as an interest in elementary and secondary education through academic, professional, or volunteer experience. Experience with social media marketing, video content development, and social and web analytics are desired but not required.
