Requirements: • Must hold a valid Texas Real Estate License. • Must reside in Austin or surrounding areas. • Commission-based position. Responsibilities: • Source and cultivate relationships with potential clients and referral sources • Drive lead-generation efforts to secure new business • Manage and review all client contracts with the team • Host open houses with the highest level of customer service • Participate in team and one-on-one coaching sessions • Utilize Team tools to set and achieve goals • Keep up to date on industry trends and market research • Conduct and follow up with clients to nurture relationships • Mentor team members in setting objectives and accomplishing goals Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate license issued in the state of Texas is a mandatory requirement for applying to this position. • Residency in Austin, TX, or the surrounding area is essential for candidates interested in this role. • Having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are prerequisites for this position. • Proficiency in utilizing Real Estate specific CRMs, platforms, and technologies is crucial. • Demonstrating the ability to conduct thorough research and provide valuable insights on the real estate market is necessary. • Thriving in a competitive environment and excelling as a team player are key attributes we are looking for. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are indispensable for this role. • A positive attitude towards personal and professional growth is highly valued in potential candidates. • The ideal candidate should be driven by a clear sense of purpose and determination. • Self-reliance and a strong focus on goal achievement are essential qualities we seek. • Having a proven track record of setting and meeting goals is a fundamental requirement for this position.
