Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Cashiering

· Restocking

· Cleaning -dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, stocking restrooms and more

· Assisting with social media accounts

· Teamwork, communication, and adaptability

· Serve as the point person in store -provide excellent customer service

· Move furniture- assist with lifting into customers cars, re-arranging and stocking sales floor

· Other duties as assigned

· Social media experience desired!

Working Conditions and Qualifications:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must: this is a customer-facing role

· Relevant sales experience

· Ability to learn and use technology

· Attention to detail

· Exhibit a strong safety attitude

· Ability to influence and lead team(s)

· Ability to work weekends

· Working smart phone required

· Intense drive for results and ability to preserve and overcome obstacles

· Knowledge of antique/modern furniture, collectibles, books, vintage/designer clothing, and the second hand internet industry, desired but not required

· High standard of performance and sense of urgency to get things done

· Spanish speaking, desired but not required

· High school Diploma or GED, desired but not required

· Warehouse environment with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures

· Spends much of the shift standing, with frequent bending, lifting, and carrying and/or pushing/pulling of objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds with assistance

· Thrift store and/or retail experience, desired but not required

This position starts at $18/HR after training. This is full time position.
