We are a non-profit organization serving adults with mild to severe developmental disabilities. We offer a variety of programs such as behavioral management, physical, and vocational therapies.

Temperament is key for this position; we are looking not only for your professional qualifications but also a level of caring and desire to be helpful and want to engage positively with the assigned individuals. You must have a friendly demeanor and have a compassionate attitude.. Your role is a key component in the success of progress and care objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

1 year of experience preferred but not necessary in working with adults with developmental disabilities. Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States Have the physical ability to lift over 25 lbs. Have the ability to develop rapport and trust with participants. Have the ability to work as a team member, make sound judgments and be able to establish positive interpersonal relationships with a broad range of people. All of our participants require personal care assistance. Be responsible and reliable and work independently.

Requirements:

· Criminal Background Clearance and an acceptable driving history · Physician's clearance and a TB test clearance. · High School diploma or GED
