THE LIFE PROPERTIES IS GROWING! We are adding a Revenue Manager to our team. As the Multifamily Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing the rental revenue strategy and execution for the company’s portfolio of multifamily assets. The Revenue Manager will use a Revenue Management software system to rapidly analyze new operational data daily to identify and recommend pricing strategies to senior management. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH YIELDSTAR.

We are the property management arm of Olive Tree Holdings, a growing real estate investment firm focused on investments in C & B class value-add multifamily properties in growing markets in the Southern US. Olive Tree executes a value-add strategy to renovate the asset and improve the quality of on-site staff, thereby driving significant NOI growth for the asset. The Life Properties then takes over the acquisition and focuses on site management at each location.

WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
- Will be an expert in the Revenue Management Software application (Yieldstar) and related business procedures for managing pricing and reporting results.
- Reviews and analyzes rent recommendations daily set by senior management.
- Drives renewal strategy via weekly review with the team using standard and custom benchmarking tools.
- Participates in discussions with Operations and Ownership to ensure strategy is communicated and executed.
- Manages exposure of available units considering historical performance, seasonality, and current market data.
- Assists with new site implementations in Revenue Management Software environment.
- Daily communication with the on-site managers to assist in determining rental rates.
- Troubleshoots and administers the Revenue Management System on behalf of all internal users.
- Updates periodic reports for review and distribution to Senior Management.
- Serves as liaison within the company between on-site personnel, Regional and Asset managers to communicate and implement various strategic goals for multiple multifamily assets.
- Reviews data and configuration for system initialization on sites.
- Prepare revenue meeting agendas, supporting documentation and minutes then conclude by gathering data and recommendations.
- Coordinates go-live training for new sites.
- Stays abreast of industry best practices regarding utilization of Revenue Management Systems.
- Trains new team-members (Site team, Property, Regional and Asset Managers) to use Revenue Management System including turn-over training when needed.
- Works with internal leasing/marketing department to ensure proper adoption and training of the leasing process.
- Establishes and maintains detailed knowledge and documentation of all analysis/data sources within the department.
- Represents the Company in a professional manner.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field of study.
- 5+ years of revenue management experience.
- Expert in Yieldstar system with 5+ years of Yieldstar experience on value-add properties.
- Certified Yieldstar Revenue Manager.
- Asset management, property management, and business intelligence experience a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
REQUIRED TRAVEL:
- Must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Occasional air travel to existing or new markets may be required, including overnight stays.
