Job Description
We are a digital studio for professional content creators and subject matter experts. Our goal is to create engaging content for social media and sell products like online courses and merch. Right now, our focus is on scaling and optimizing operations in our business. Essentially we need someone to help with all of these roles:
- Virtual Assistant
- Business Consultant
- Office Manager
- Project Manager
- Marketing Strategist
- Production Manager
- Operations Manager
- Creative Producer
While all these are completely different roles, we’re really looking for someone who is an amalgamation of all of these things! And that’s exactly why we’re looking for a "Digital Business Manager"
Right now we’re outputting anywhere from 100-200 videos per month for our clients which is short-form content made for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. And we're managing multiple sales funnels for physical and digital products like online courses.
We want someone who is:
- Familiar with popular social media on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Familiar with digital marketing, lead generation, and sales funnels
- Can develop/ create/document SOPs
- Can manage day to day projects via ASANA or CLICK UP
- Organize internal files like videos and photos so it's easy for the team's retrieval
- Soundboard ideas for content, marketing, and sales strategies with the team
- Is able to track and analyze key metrics, managing the ops budget, and keeping an eye on overall cashflow
You will be responsible for:
OPERATIONS
- Client/customer onboarding systems
- Client/customer systems management
- Creation and updating of workflows/systems
- Capacity management for the owner and overall team
- Software/apps coordination
- Initial research, vetting and coordination between the owner.
- Money management oversight.
- Support for bookkeeping, tax processes and cash flow.
- Act as a liaison with the bookkeeper, CFO or other money management professionals working with the business.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT (ASANA / CLICKUP)
- Breaking down large projects into small, manageable steps.
- Setting up projects to-dos for everyone on the team.
- Ensuring effective deployment of tasks, including making sure appropriate resources are in place for execution.
- Continuously monitoring projects and tasks for adherence to timelines.
- Updating project to-dos as priorities shift.
- Troubleshooting missing resources or bottlenecks as a project progresses.
- Manage film shoots with clients
