    The Service Specialist is the primary interface with Loeb subcontractors (Vendors). The Service Specialist is responsible for obtaining schedule dates, following up on missed ETA’s, and providing material tracking to Vendors. The Service Specialist has limited direct contact with clients; however, will accurately provide updates, when necessary, in partnership with the team supervisors. The Service Specialist is an integral function that supports building and maintaining strong relationships that grows our business with internal and external partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Dispatches new service requests or reassigns service request as needed.
    • Answers phone calls and responds to emails timely and professionally.
    • Contacts vendors to obtain work order schedule dates.
    • Follows up on open service requests for timely completion and missed schedule dates.
    • Monitors and relays tracking information to Vendors for prompt return schedules.
    • Maintains working knowledge of all working statuses assigned to the Service Specialist group.
    • Follows escalation procedures for work orders or other customer and vendor related issues.
    • Provides both Clients and Vendors accurate information and advises on next steps pertaining to service requests.
    • Drives to meet all client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
    • Follows daily direction provided by National Service Supervisors and Managers
    • Proactively resolves vendor and client issues; drives all issues towards resolution and escalates on a timely basis only when necessary.
    • Fosters a positive work environment and collaborates effectively with teammates.
    • Performs ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
    • Prior dispatching or call center experience.
    • Proficiency using MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
