Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant where you'll provide invaluable support to our agents and clients. In this role, you will manage multiple responsibilities, including handling client communications, scheduling, assisting with basic transaction management, and ensuring smooth office operations/projects. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be key in helping us deliver exceptional service. If you're proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow within the real estate industry, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner Qualifications: • Real estate license preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to provide a Nordstrom/Amazon customer experience- EVERYTIME Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly
