The MCS Group, Inc. has a FULL-TIME opportunity for a regional floater position for the Philadelphia, PA Region.

This is a Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm position that will not require nights/weekends.

Job responsibilities include performing office support functions such as copy and document imaging, records management, mail processing, receptionist, and hospitality.

Customer service, skills, and flexibility are key for this position as this employee will be supporting locations throughout the Philadelphia region.

Candidates must possess strong customer service skills and a positive approach to working in a high-paced environment with the ability to lift 50lbs. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work independently and be dependable.

**THIS POSITION OFFERS A $500 EMPLOYMENT INCENTIVE THAT WILL FURTHER BE DEFINED DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS. **

Position Description:

The Regional Office Services Associate must be highly motivated, customer-focused, and capable of demonstrating a variety of tasks related to the legal environment. This associate provides a high level of quality while maximizing productivity.

The job responsibilities include handling document copy and imaging, mail processing, records management, receptionist, and hospitality in various locations.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THEIR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND GOOD STANDING DRIVER'S RECORD TO REPORT TO DAILY ASSIGNMENTS WITHIN THE PHILADELPHIA, PA REGION. GAS MILEAGE AND TOLLS REIMBURSEMENT ARE AVAILABLE IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.

This is a full-time job with full benefits, including medical, 401(k), and PTO time. Traveling in the surrounding areas is necessary and includes mileage reimbursement.
