Real Estate Sales Agent

This is a commission-based position with varying splits and incentive programs. Both buyer and seller leads as well as pre-set appointments are provided for you so that all you have to do is show up and take it from there. Responsibilities: Your Primary Role In Our Team: This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate with unlimited growth potential. If hired, you will join a top-producing multi-state team with Keller Williams Real Estate. Work with prospects you convert to appointments then to clients and past clients. Work with clients from first contact to an initial consultation, signing agency paperwork, showing homes, negotiating the offer and repair items, and navigating the escrow period to a successful closing and after-sale program. Additional Requirements: • Attend weekly meetings, group prospecting calls, and other team events • Interact with CRM so you may track and report progress • Prospect for new clients using proven methods that will be taught to you, continually growing your database • Follow up and close leads generated by a team leader • Provide excellent customer service skills • Follow marketing plan to promote self and team • Attend client parties and other team events You will be expected to convert leads to clients while also learning how to generate your own leads over time. As a member of the team, you will be provided with headshots, marketing, and team branding tools including mailers as well as proven systems and processes for delivering the best to your clients. Essentially, all the things they don’t teach you in real estate school, you will receive from us so you can create a thriving business. • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele Qualifications: • Sales background a plus • Team player • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Superb customer service skills • Technologically savvy • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • +1 year of real estate sales experience (preferred) • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $100,000 at plan
