Operations and Business Development Manager
Job Description
The Metro Group, Inc., a successful, established Water Treatment & Service Company is seeking qualified candidates for a Manager of Operations and Business Development position. As part of Metro’s Leadership Development Program, this position will work closely with upper management and will have cross-departmental exposure and functionality in Operations, Sales and Support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to transition their careers to senior management roles. Responsibilities include:
· Optimization of workflow routing to meet SLA requirements.
· Coordination of workflow between Sales & Service Teams
· Create and present reports detailing metrics tied to business plan goals.
· Project Management for select new offerings and special projects.
· Implement strategies for the expansion of existing customer relationships, open new relationships, and manage the flow of sales opportunities from initial contact thru to close with the Sales Team.
· Monitor and Follow up with Teams on activity metrics tied to business plan goals.
· Spearhead and implement new product and service offerings sales and direct marketing campaigns.
Requirements:

· Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and CRM environments
· Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment with a commitment to responsiveness and customer/co-worker satisfaction

A successful candidate will possess some or all of the following qualifications:
· Operations Management in Field Service
· Sales, Sales Management and CRM software experience
· Customer Service and Account Management experience
· Business Development experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
