    OVERVIEW:

    The Chapter Support Manager (CSM) will join a team of 75+ purpose-driven staff members in a friendly, focused, fast-paced entrepreneurial company. The National Society of Leadership and Success is the largest collegiate leadership honor society in the United States, with over 700 chapters and more than one million members, who collectively have completed over 282,000 hours of community service. Membership is by invitation from a student’s university and provides access to exclusive member benefits, including a life-changing accredited leadership development program. The CSM will be responsible for the success of assigned chapters, ensuring excellent on-campus operations and achieving the metrics for chapter invitation coordination, best practices, and retention.    

     

    This role is part of the Chapter Support team, which is responsible for supporting the lasting success of chapters nationwide, and reports to the Director of Account Success. This position works directly with a diverse group of NSLS Student Presidents and Chapter Advisors leading chapters on their campuses, managing and advising these leaders towards desired chapter outcomes.  This role creates a ripple effect with the potential to positively impact the lives of thousands of college students through the successful execution of our life-changing and accredited leadership development program.  .

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Manages assigned portfolio of chapters, working closely with Chapter Leaders to train, coach, and support goal achievement through developing excellent relationships
    • Ensures that assigned chapters are sustained, inviting new members,  and high-quality chapter events are conducted
    • Conducts routine meetings with local Chapter Leaders (via video conferencing) to support the chapters in achieving their pillars for success
    • Conducts routine quality assurance checks by observing chapter events 
    • Travels up to 50% of assigned portfolio annually depending on needs

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years account management experience
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Proven track record of managing a large and varied account workload
    • Ability to create strong relationships using both virtual and in-person mediums
    • Ability to travel 30-50% during academic semester (post COVID)
    • Experience working with college students/interns strongly preferred
