Our team is looking to add motivated Real Estate Agents to our team and unlock the amazing potential for increased earnings and productivity! • As a top Zillow Flex partner, we have earned the distinct privilege of continuous incoming lead opportunities for our agents, straight to their phones! • As a team, we are on track to help 750 families with their real estate needs this year, and about half of those closings came directly from our lead program. • Our extensive leadership team, seasoned with decades of expertise in the SATX real estate market, stands by to support you through every phase of each transaction. • Full support staff to assist with listing management, professional photography contract to close coordination, marketing, etc. • We have an over 80% retention rate. Responsibilities: • Handle a steady flow of inbound leads and work to convert them into clients • Schedule and show homes to prospective buyers • Win listings and properly price the property to sell • Negotiate like a pro to get the best deal for your clients • Continuously level up your skills to become the best agent you can be • Join our tight-knit team and become part of our collaborative culture • Attend team meetings, training, and events to stay on top of the game Qualifications: • Licensed Real Estate Agent • Timely communication abilities • Real Estate Sales experience is strongly preferred • Persistence in the face of challenges and rejection is key. • Coachable and willing to always be better • Must be ready to put in the work • Self-starter, self-accountable mentality Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 commission in first year
