    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The job responsibilities of the COO/Integrator of Operations include, but are not limited to:

    • Leads, supports, and assists two direct reports
    • Engages sales and finance as a cohesive team to represent all functions of the organization
    • Owns KPIs and adjusts as necessary
    • Maintains profitability and operational cost control according to budget
    • Responsible for customer satisfaction
    • Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates with sales
    • Owns operational team health and process and procedures for operations
    • Works with direct report on HR-related issues

    QUALIFICATIONS

    REQUIRED

    • At least five years operations experience at the director level
    • Experience managing multiple locations
    • Experience working twin plant
    • Ability to work and travel between the U.S. and Mexico up to 25% of the time
    • Willing to relocate to Rio Grande Valley, Texas

    PREFERRED

    • Manufacturing experience
    • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience in the Maquiladora industry

    DESIRED

    • Bilingual (Spanish)
    • Knowledge of EOS

     

    SALARY: $175k-$225k (relocation assistance available)
