    Job Description

    Hourly Rate: $28.08

    Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts

    The Palletizer / Machine Operator will:

    • Start and shut down equipment systems, shut down emergency equipment and systems as required to standard, and re-start equipment and systems from emergency shut down state
    • Operate bulk palletizer and wrap machine, and make timely job change adjustments to packaging and palletizing equipment
    • Make minor repairs and adjustments to other equipment and field instrumentation as needed to maintain production and equipment reliability and accuracy
    • Monitor consumables inventory in order to maintain proper quantities for uninterrupted production

    The Palletizer / Machine Operator will: should have:

    • Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
    • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1 year experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
