    Privately held, established, service-oriented paper and secondary fiber brokerage company has an excellent opportunity for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position.

    The Paper Tigers, one of the best known and most respected companies in the world of recycling for over 50 years, is seeking a diligent, organized and customer oriented professional with a minimum of 3 years proven success in B2B to join our team.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate weekly plans and activities with Suppliers and Customers
    • Coordinate and arrange for pickup and delivery of recycled paper loads from suppliers to customer and from our plant to customers
    • Deal with transportation companies, optimizing service provided to our customers and suppliers
    • Foster relationships through excellent customer service to increase sales
    • Work with members of sales staff to insure timely execution of pickups and deliveries according to service agreements
    • Lead to resolution of customer service disputes, product complaints, and order issues
    • Accomplish individual goals and support team on achieving Operating Plan goals

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Persistence in follow up
    • Ability to negotiate win-win outcomes
    • Proficient in MS Office

    Base salary is $52k/year and may include a 10% bonus contingent on company and individual performance.
