    SUMMARY:   The Patient Experience Project is a full-service, patient-centric communications agency that collaborates with the foremost disease experts, the patients themselves, to co-create authentic programs and content for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals. The Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for managing all patient and caregiver communication and coordination. The Patient Experience Coordinator serves as the point of contact for patients and caregivers and is responsible for overseeing all patient- or caregiver-related functions, which can include: contracting, travel, lodging, and faciliting payments and reimbursements. The Patient Experience Coordinator must have excellent listening and communication skills, and be able to develop personal relationships with patients and caregivers, which convey compassion, while maintaining professional boundaries. They work closely with the other agency disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations.

      

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage relationships between patients/caregivers and the client/PEP across several brands
    • Oversee all patient/caregiver programs
      • Includes recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding patients/caregivers
      • Maintains periodic outreach and relationship building with patients/caregivers
      • Manages secure database
    • Coordinates various types of patient/caregiver engagements (i.e., workgroups, speaker trainings, video/photo shoots, etc.) from start to finish, including venue securement, logistics, and travel
    • Attends patient/caregiver-related programs as needed

    • Team oriented, with the ability to establish and foster strong relationships, both internally and externally
    • Strong interpersonal skills with people of all backgrounds
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize schedule in a fast pace environment
    • Strong follow up skills, is a quick learner and has the ability to multi-task
    • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Ability to travel 10 - 20% to facilitate events, depending on client scheduling (on average 2 - 4 trips per month for 1 - 2 nights)

     

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • 2 - 4 years of experience in a related field
    • Pharmaceutical advertising agency or healthcare marketing experience is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • Event planning background a plus
