Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's daily calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics for meetings.
- Act as the initial point of contact, responding professionally to both internal and external inquiries.
- Prepare and manage various reports related to real estate transactions.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, and manage special projects as required.
- Facilitate internal communication procedures, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to tasks.
