    As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating internal operations, liaising with clients, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the executive's daily calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics for meetings.
    • Act as the initial point of contact, responding professionally to both internal and external inquiries.
    • Prepare and manage various reports related to real estate transactions.
    • Assist in planning and organizing events, and manage special projects as required.
    • Facilitate internal communication procedures, meetings, and conferences.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
    • Knowledge of the real estate industry is highly desirable.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to tasks.
