Our Southeast Offices are growing! We are looking to fill the BENEFITS COORDINATOR position for our Wilmington NC office.
Here at THE PHELPS AGENCIES, we provide group employee benefits to the local businesses we serve. We meet directly with business owners to ensure that we are providing the best coverage for their employees. The Benefits Coordinator position is the front line leader that manages this operation from start to finish. Essentially, this position is the face of the company.
Training? Well I'm glad you asked! You will be assigned a direct supervisor who has been in your shoes and is 100 % invested in your success. Not only will you be mentored and trained on our system and how it works, you will BE SHOWN in live action. We believe in showing not just telling.

We promote based on your performance in new business acquisition, customer service, and work ethic. You get to control when you get promoted by letting your work speak for itself. We have promoted Benefit Coordinators to Supervisors as quickly as 2 months!
