Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Level of education required: Associate's degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls/emails and assist customers, insurance brokers and insurance companies by providing information, answering questions and resolving issues
- Communicate internally with colleagues and managers
- Make outbound calls to insurance brokers to review accounts
- Correspond with insurance companies to obtain missing account information
- Document and update customer records based on interactions as needed
- Understand internal and external proprietary software and troubleshoot common issues with customers
- Internally assist colleagues and managers with various other tasks that may arise
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service. Insurance or financial services preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
- Must be proactive and able to prioritize work
- Ability to build rapport with clients with superior customer service skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles is a plus
- Spanish/English Bilingual is a plus
