    Job Description

    The Training Associate, Inbound Operations role at The RealReal is essential to ensuring all onboarding and continued education for production-based roles is carried out successfully. The training associate will be responsible for the success of trainees and the quality of their output. Working alongside Training & Development leadership, the Training Associate will aid in producing and facilitating creative impactful training that echoes the company values and standards. Consulting on content, best practices, and category-specific needs; the role demands inventive problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills. This position reports into the Training Manager of Inbound.

    WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERY DAY

    • Support 30/60/90-day check-in audits for authenticators.
    • Reinforce, support, and guide Authenticators (specifically new hires) through the training process and ramp period.
    • Administer training for production-based teams using reference materials and predetermined training strategies.
    • Deliver blended learning solutions via individualized tutoring, tactile hands-on training, classroom-style lectures, and role play.
    • Aid in the creation of training content by supplying context of training wins/opportunities in action.
    • Supervise assessments based on training to evaluate success of program efforts and analyze where adjustments or further training may be needed.
    • Accountable for the success of individual trainee's as well as department achievements.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

    • Translates complex information/multifaceted processes into understandable content.
    • Passion for relationship building and guiding the success of others.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Adept at working under urgent circumstances and meeting deadlines.
    • Proficiency in public speaking/presentation skills, ability to answer questions under pressure.
    • Knowledge of fashion terms, trends, fabrications ect.
    • Flexibility, able to change tactics quickly and learn new source material as needed.
    • Must be flexible to work in Perth and Secaucus.
