Job Description

The Shag Store is a high volume retail art gallery and we're looking for someone to join our team! 

You'll be a sales representative first with plenty of room for growth

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn about the artist to help educate first time customers
• Learn our products and inventory
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Follow up with customer orders

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ambitious and self starting
• Detail-oriented

Schedule will be Thursday-Monday 10am-5pm while in training. Once fully trained, Friday-Sunday will be 1-8pm

$15/hr while training - wages will increase from there

Over the past decade, we have grown from a small retail space into over 3,000sf of well curated limited-edition merchandise, original paintings, and fine art prints that span over 30 years of Shag’s career.
