The Sr. Field Manager assist the Maintenance Engineer in the oversight of various IMAP technicians and team leads. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all electrical technical matters related to the IMAP contract. In addition the SEPE will assist in the oversight of the process for Electrical Trip Completion Reports and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Role and Responsibilities
- The Sr. Field Manager will be responsible for the performance of the following technical teams under the IMAP contract: LPM, FPM, BAS, Fire, and Roofing, PSS, UPS/AVR, Generator, Directed Maintenance, Long Term Deployment (LTD), Infrared, Enclosure, Elevator.
- Assist Maintenance Engineer in developing schedules and updating SOW’s for Power System Support (PSS), UPS/AVR, Generator, Infrared (IR) Teams, and HVAC/BAS SOW requirements for current and future preventive maintenance teams.
- Prepare cost and labor estimates for corrective maintenance work by working with Government representatives, IMAP Technicians, Post personnel, and any available proposals, blueprints, technical specifications, and related documents.
- Assist Maintenance Engineer in developing/refining electrical SOW requirements for current and future preventive maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Manager to identify and procure parts and materials related to electrical maintenance, repair, and emergency responses.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Manager to ensure that all deployed technicians have required tools, equipment, and PPE to complete their assigned SOW.
- Review technical data, SOW updates, and summaries from deployed electrical technicians for accuracy.
- Review and edit Trip Completion Reports (TCR) to verify accuracy, clarity, and completeness of all information
- Review TCR Checklist to ensure all information about work completed is included in associated TCR
- Edit and clarify Bills of Material Included in TCR
- Advise the client, as well as deployed technicians, in all matters pertaining to all Electrical and IR related operations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Create/update standardized maintenance checklists and procedures for all electrical maintenance and operation.
- Travel to overseas work locations for the purposes of Quality Assurance oversight and program review.
- Conduct Inspections of the entire contract functions to ensure compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Identify unsatisfactory trends or repetitive discrepancies and present clear concise and appropriate recommendations to improve workflow or techniques that will enhance efficiency, quality and safety.
- Complete necessary inspection reports and documentation required to support findings.
- Make recommendations for improved program operations
- Maintain working knowledge of latest applicable electrical codes and regulations, to ensure all IMAP work is in compliance
- Work with Maintenance Engineer to interview and vet all electrical and generator candidates identified by the IMAP recruiter.
- Work with Office Manager to review and maintain database of technician credentials, to ensure compliance with the contract.
- Work with Maintenance Engineer to periodically review performance of IMAP technicians, and develop/execute performance improvement plans for any individuals not meeting contract requirements.
Required Skills
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Have Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical design or renovation;
OR
- A Master Electrician’s license; AND 15+ years’ experience in electrical design or renovation
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university; and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in mechanical design, renovation, or HVAC/BAS maintenance;
- OR
- A Master’s HVAC license; and 15+ years’ experience in mechanical design, renovation, or HVAC/BAS maintenance.
- Active Top Secret

- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with handling multiple concurrent workflows and meet competing deadlines that may require quick turnaround.
- Must have the physical ability to periodically travel overseas
- Must be able to work on ladders, access rooftops and other hard to reach areas, and be able to lift and carry materials and tools in excess of 25 lbs
- Must be familiar with the requirements outlined by NEMA, OSHA, NFPA 70 (E), and other safety regulations.
