  • Responsibilities

     

    Summary:

     

    The Apple Systems Engineer shall be responsible for resolving incidents escalating to or originating at the Apple Systems Engineer level.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

     

    • Responsible for administration of the Apple computing environment to include but not limited to administering and maintaining Apple hardware and software, including but not limited to all hardware and software associated with Apple servers, PCs (Macs), tablets (iPADs), notebooks and laptops.

     

     

     

    Required Skills

    Education and Experience:

     

    • Must maintain a current Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) AND 

    • Two (2) years of experience administering and maintaining Apple Hardware and Software,

    As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
