We aim to employ service-oriented people motivated to provide world-class customer service synonymous with UPS, one of the world's strongest and most recognized brands. Our UPS store is locally owned and operated. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Providing world-class customer service for every client

Packing & shipping certification

Faxing, scanning, printing etc.

Providing notary public service during all business hours

Reliable and accountable for all scheduled shifts.

Working closely with co-workers and manager to ensure quality customer experience while maximizing revenues for business

Keeping store image pristine for corporate compliance

Continually cleaning and preparing the store for the next round of business

Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and direct contact.

Motivated, engaged, and positive people are encouraged to apply—a fast-paced, fun, and rewarding opportunity awaits you. Weekend availability is required. Ability and confidence to work independently and open/close store. Applicants must be able to stand for hours at a time and lift at least 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day without assistance.
