JOB SUMMARY Seeking licensed Real Estate Closing Attorney contractors to handle real estate transactions on a per-file basis throughout South Carolina. Set your own volume, schedule, and travel parameters to fit YOUR life.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Printing and reviewing closing documents and related title opinions
• Traveling to closing locations including bank branches and borrower homes, sometimes well outside of one's home county
• Conducting closings in a professional and courteous manner
• Competently explaining terms and documents to borrowers
• Scanning or faxing back documents for review post-closing

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required:

• Active South Carolina Bar License
• Notary Commission or ability to obtain before onboarding
• Stellar interpersonal, time management, and attention to detail skills are a must
• Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred:

• Real estate closing experience is a plus, but training will be available for the right candidates

BENEFITS:

Standard fee range of $120-$190 per file, higher based on client need and handled case by case. No chance of being out bid one you accept the closing, first to accept the invitation is assigned.
