You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help clients & families navigate their options. We’ll provide the support network, training, and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, in-house or virtually, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills • Help others do the same by sharing experiences • No cold calling • Expand income potential with annual reviews • Leads available Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you) • Must possess a genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options • Participate in the training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill • Be interested in being part of a great, successful team • Be passionate about helping others (clients & teammates) • Enjoy making a difference!! Compensation: $125,000+ at plan
